This icon has been graded by Śhanta against our five-point condition scale. Every grade is assigned honestly — we do not round up.
As New: The item is in exceptional condition — no signs of wear. Indistinguishable from new. Protective stickers may still be on hardware.
Excellent: The item is in excellent condition. Gently used, well maintained, and barely shows any significant signs of use. Hardware bright, leather supple.
Very Good: The item is in very good pre-loved or vintage condition. It has been worn, but overall well maintained and shows some signs of wear or use.
Worn with love: The item is still in good condition, but shows visible signs of use and wear. It has a lot of charm and character, partly due to the age of the icon.
Fair: The item is in fair condition. You can tell it has a story, showing noticeable signs of use and wear. Honestly priced to reflect this.

RETURNS
We encourage mindful purchasing. Please review all photographs and the condition description carefully before placing your order.
Your icon arrives with a Śhanta security tag attached to the hardware. Please take your time to review the icon before removing it. Once the tag is removed, the item is considered accepted and cannot be returned.
If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with the tag intact via our contact form. Returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with our returns policy.
