At ŚHANTA we believe in thoughtful choices.
Each icon is selected with intention, and we encourage the same care when choosing yours. Returns not only require careful handling and processes by our team but also contribute to additional transportation and packaging. We invite you to take a moment before purchasing — to explore each image, read the description closely, and reach out to us should you need any guidance. Together we can preserve the integrity of each icon, and move with greater awareness.
Returns & Refunds.
Refunds are handled with care, in alignment with the nature of one-of-a-kind icons.
Requests for a full refund may be accepted within forty-eight hours of delivery, and only under the following circumstances: where the item received is significantly different from its description, including the presence of undisclosed major damage that affects its condition or value; or where the item is proven not to be authentic, supported by valid documentation from a recognised authentication provider.
All requests are reviewed with care, and Śhanta reserves the right to determine the outcome based on the condition of the returned item and the nature of the claim.
Returned items must remain in the exact condition in which they were received, including all original labels, packaging, and accompanying elements. The security label tag must remain attached and intact. Once removed, the icon is considered accepted and cannot be returned.
Return shipping.
Return shipments remain the responsibility of the customer, including any associated costs. We recommend using a secure, insured, and trackable delivery service to ensure the icon is protected throughout transit.
Śhanta is not liable for items lost during return shipping. When a return is not received and no shipping insurance has been arranged, a refund cannot be issued.
Exception: in the event of a confirmed authenticity dispute, return shipping will be arranged and covered in full by Śhanta. This exception applies solely to authenticity claims and does not extend to any other return circumstance.
For orders originally delivered within Dubai by Śhanta personally, we will arrange collection of the returned item at a mutually agreed time, at no additional cost to you.
Returns process.
Should you wish to initiate a return, we kindly ask you to contact us within forty-eight hours of receiving your icon at info@shantadubai.ae. Understanding the reason for your return allows us to assist you with care.
Once confirmed, the icon should be carefully prepared for return and sent to the address provided by our team. We recommend a secure, insured, and trackable service to ensure safe transit. The return should be dispatched within three business days from the time your request is confirmed.
Every return is received and reviewed with attention. Once inspected, we will send you a confirmation by email.
Refund.
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within five to seven business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your provider.
For purchases made via instalment payment providers such as Tabby, refunds will be processed in accordance with that provider's refund policy. Śhanta will initiate the refund on our end; the timeline and method of return may vary depending on your instalment provider.
Where a purchase included a promotional benefit, such as a reduced price or complimentary piece, this will no longer apply if the main item is returned. The corresponding value will be adjusted within the final refund.
