Each icon is prepared with care and love before it reaches you.

Śhanta offers complimentary delivery across the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The cost of delivery is included within the final purchase price — there are no additional charges at checkout.

How your order is prepared.

Before your icon leaves us, it is carefully wrapped and presented in Śhanta packaging — tissue, ribbon, and a personal note — because the moment of arrival should feel as considered as the piece itself. Every order leaves our hands in a condition we would be proud to receive ourselves.

Dubai — personal delivery.

For orders within Dubai, Śhanta delivers personally. Your icon will be brought to your door by a member of the Śhanta team — not handed to a courier, not left at a reception desk. This is our way of ensuring that the experience of receiving your piece is as considered as the piece itself.

Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you directly to arrange a delivery time that suits you. Dubai personal deliveries are typically completed within one to two business days of purchase.

Your presence — or that of a trusted recipient — will be required at the time of delivery. We will not leave an order unattended.

UAE (outside Dubai) — DHL Express.

For orders to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and all other Emirates, Śhanta ships exclusively via DHL Express — fully insured for the complete purchase value of your item. DHL Express provides real-time tracking, reliable delivery across the UAE, and a signature-required service that ensures your icon reaches you and only you.

A signature will be required upon delivery for all orders. If you are unavailable, DHL will make a further attempt or hold the package at a local service point for collection at a time that suits you.

Orders outside Dubai are typically delivered within 1–3 business days of dispatch.

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — DHL Express.

All orders to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are shipped via DHL Express — fully insured for the complete purchase value of your item, with real-time tracking and signature-on-delivery.

Deliveries to KSA are typically completed within 3–7 business days of dispatch, subject to customs clearance procedures. Śhanta will communicate proactively if any delay is anticipated on your order.

Tracking your order.

For DHL Express orders, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch. You can monitor your delivery in real time at dhl.com or through your Śhanta account.

For Dubai personal deliveries, we will be in direct contact with you to confirm arrival time — no tracking link needed.

If something goes wrong.

In the rare event that a DHL Express shipment is lost or damaged in transit, Śhanta will manage the DHL Express insurance claim directly on your behalf. We will keep you informed throughout the process, and once the claim is resolved, you will receive a full refund or a replacement where available. You will never be left to navigate a courier claim alone.

For Dubai personal deliveries, Śhanta assumes full responsibility for your order until it is placed in your hands.

Śhanta is not responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout. We kindly ask that all delivery information is reviewed carefully before your order is confirmed.
