Each icon you encounter here carries a past, and continues through you. By accessing our website or placing an order, you enter into agreement with the following Terms of Service, which govern all use of our platform and purchases made within the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you do not agree with these Terms, we ask that you refrain from using our services.
Nature of the Icons
Śhanta offers previously owned designer items, each selected with care and intention. These icons are not new and may carry subtle signs of wear that reflect their history. While every effort is made to present each item as accurately as possible through imagery and description, variations may exist.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the pre-owned nature of the item, along with any characteristics that accompany it.
Condition Grading
Each item offered by Śhanta is assigned a condition grade prior to listing: Pristine, Excellent, Very Good, or Good. The definitions of each grade are set out in our Condition Grading Policy, available on our website. The grade assigned to your item is displayed prominently on its product page and forms part of your purchase agreement. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the assigned grade and accept the condition of the item as presented.
Authenticity
Authenticity remains at the heart of Śhanta.
Every item undergoes a careful verification process prior to being offered. While Śhanta operates independently and is not affiliated with the brands presented, we stand fully behind the authenticity of each icon. This commitment reflects the standard upheld across leading luxury resale platforms within the region.
Pricing and Currency
Prices are displayed in either AED or SAR, depending on your location, and include applicable taxes where required by law. Delivery is offered on a complimentary basis across the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is included within the final purchase price. Śhanta reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, the purchase price remains final.
Orders and Acceptance
When placing an order, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and complete. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. In certain circumstances, Śhanta may cancel or decline an order at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Payment
All payments must be completed at the time of purchase through secure and approved payment providers. Transactions are encrypted to ensure confidentiality. Śhanta does not store payment details.
Instalment payment options may be available through approved third-party providers, including Tabby. By selecting an instalment plan, you enter into a separate agreement with that provider, governed by their own terms and conditions. Śhanta's return and refund policies apply to the total purchase value. Any instalment arrangements with third-party providers remain the customer's responsibility to manage directly with that provider.
Shipping and Delivery
Śhanta delivers across the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All orders are packed and shipped with care and intention within 1–3 business days, though delivery timelines may vary depending on location and external factors. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking reference via email. You may also monitor the status of your order through your account.
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery timelines fall outside of our direct control, including delays related to customs clearance or logistics providers.
Śhanta is not responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. We kindly ask that all delivery details are reviewed carefully before completing your order.
Returns and Final Sale
Due to the unique nature of the icons offered, all sales are considered final, except in limited circumstances outlined in our Returns & Refunds policy. Each item is one of a kind, previously owned, and presented with detailed imagery and description to support an informed purchase.
Return or refund requests must be raised within twenty-four hours of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.
Return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer, and Śhanta shall not be held liable for items lost during return transit.
Gift cards and digital products, if offered, are non-refundable and not subject to return.
Condition Acknowledgement
Every item is photographed and described with attention to detail. However, minor imperfections, signs of wear, or slight variations in colour due to lighting or screen differences may occur. By purchasing, you confirm that you have reviewed all available information, including the assigned condition grade, and accept the condition of the item as presented.
Authenticity Guarantee
In the unlikely event that an item is proven not to be authentic, Śhanta takes full responsibility. Notification must be made within seven days of delivery, accompanied by supporting documentation from a recognised authentication provider. Once confirmed, a full refund will be issued.
In the event of a confirmed authenticity dispute, return shipping will be fully arranged and covered by Śhanta. This provision is separate from our standard returns policy, under which return shipping otherwise remains the customer's responsibility.
This guarantee reflects the standard upheld across established luxury resale platforms in the region.
Incorrect or Significantly Misrepresented Items
If an item received is incorrect or significantly different from its description, you must notify us within forty-eight hours of delivery. Each case will be reviewed individually, and appropriate resolution will be provided where applicable.
Ownership and Risk
Ownership of the item transfers upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. From that moment, the item becomes the responsibility of the recipient.
Intellectual Property
All content presented on this website, including imagery, text, and brand elements, belongs exclusively to Śhanta and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Śhanta shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, delays beyond our control or loss of opportunity.
Our liability, in all cases, is limited to the value of the purchased item.
Privacy
Your information is handled with discretion and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations within the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Śhanta does not sell or misuse personal data.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the relevant jurisdiction.
Amendments
Śhanta reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version number and date of last update are noted at the top of this document.
