We review your submission and, if it is right for the Śhanta collection, recommend a listing price and agree a minimum selling price with you.
Authentication & Presentation
Once received, your icon is inspected and independently authenticated, then professionally photographed and presented across Śhanta.
Sold & Paid
We manage the sale from enquiry through delivery. Once the sale is complete, choose between receiving 80% of the final selling price by bank transfer or 85% as Śhanta Credit towards your next icon.

We accept a carefully selected range of handbags from leading luxury houses, with a preference for icons in excellent or very good condition. Every submission is reviewed individually to ensure it is the right fit for the Śhanta collection.
All accepted icons are subject to physical inspection and independent authentication before joining the Śhanta collection.

Common questions
How is the selling price determined?
We assess your icon based on its brand, model, condition, inclusions, and any other relevant factors, alongside current market data and comparable sales. From this we recommend a listing price and agree a minimum selling price with you before it joins the collection. Once agreed, we are able to accept offers at or above the minimum without requiring further approval — so your icon can sell as quickly as possible.
When and how do I get paid?
Once the sale is successfully completed, you can choose to receive 80% of the final selling price by bank transfer or 85% as Śhanta Credit towards your next icon. We will arrange your payment once the transaction has been fully completed.
What is Śhanta Credit?
Śhanta Credit allows you to receive 85% of your icon's final selling price as store credit, instead of the 80% direct payout. Your credit can be put towards your next purchase from the Śhanta collection.
How long is the consignment period?
Our standard consignment period is 90 days from the date your icon joins the Śhanta collection. If it has not sold by then, we will contact you to discuss extending the consignment, adjusting the price, or returning the icon.
What happens if my icon doesn't sell?
If your icon has not sold within the 90-day consignment period, we will be in touch to discuss next steps together — whether that is an adjusted price, an extension, or returning the icon to you.
Are there any upfront fees?
No. There are no upfront fees for accepted icons. Śhanta's service fee is already accounted for in the final selling price, so there is nothing for you to pay separately. You simply receive your chosen 80% direct payout or 85% Śhanta Credit once your icon sells.
